Professional vs Free VersionThe differences between the free basic FML compiler (fmlc.exe) and the Pro edition (fmlcpro.exe) are:

The Pro edition can compile Embedded FML within ordinary HTML files
The Pro edition can compile the new element
The Pro edition can compile Flash Hypertext Markup (FHTML) files
The Pro edition can compile all FML and HTML files in specified folders (see the -root-folder command line argument below)
The Pro edition can skip unchanged files
