DataSafe backs up files and folders to any removable or fixed storage device, such as Iomega Zip and Jaz, Orb, CDRW, network server, floppy or hard disk.
Features
Multi-threaded. DataSafe can perform up to five backups simultaneously.
Support for Microsoft Windows My Documents and Favorites folders.
E-mail notifications let you know when your backups run or when an error occurs. Make sure your backups run correctly, even when you are away from your computer.
Backup to disks, cartridges (Zip, Jaz, Orb and LS-120), hard drives, network servers or e-mail addresses.
Create unlimited backup profiles.
Save storage space with compressed backups using industry-standard PKZip-compatible compression.
Create regular archives (.zip) or self-extracting archives (.exe) that can be restored on any Windows computer regardless of whether or not DataSafe is installed.
Secure backups with password-protected archives.
Multiple backup copies for increased data security.
Automated backups run according to your schedule.
Advanced filtering allows you to skip files you don't want to include or only include certain files in your backups.
